…Dear Kim…I wanted you to know that we received the deposit refund today. I also wanted you to know what a wonderful stay we had in Savannah. The townhouse was just perfect for the graduation weekend. We were able to accommodate my son's roommates and their families for a light lunch between graduation festivities. The kitchen was very well equipped and made entertaining very easy. The layout of the townhome was perfect for entertaining. The most ironic part was that my son's partner for his last project lived next door!...Even the construction on the streets surrounding the town house was minimally invasive and the workmen were most helpful in getting us places to park. We will be in touch as my son will be returning to Savannah in the fall to attend graduate school…Thanks again…
